6zzz Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly indicates otherwise:

• "6zzz", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operator of the 6zzz online betting and casino platform accessible at https://6zzz.bio.
• "Platform" — refers to the 6zzz website, mobile site, any associated applications, and all services provided through them.
• "User", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 6zzz Platform in any capacity.

• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total amount a User must wager on eligible games before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the reference time zone for all platform operations and deadlines stated in these Terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 6zzz Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm and agree that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them;
• You have also read and agree to the 6zzz Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and understand that online betting and casino gaming involves financial risk;
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person, business entity, or third party when registering or placing wagers.

3 Eligibility and Age Verification

3.1 Minimum Age

The 6zzz Platform is accessible exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies to all Users regardless of jurisdiction, payment method, or game type. Registering on or using the Platform constitutes a declaration that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 6zzz Platform is operated and marketed primarily for residents of Bangladesh. Users must ensure that online betting and gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to them in their location. 6zzz makes no representation that the Platform is lawful to access in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh. 3.3 Age Verification Process

6zzz will request government-issued identity documentation from all Users as part of the KYC verification process. Acceptable documents include:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID);
• Valid Bangladesh passport;
• Bangladesh driving licence with photograph;
• Birth certificate in conjunction with a secondary photo ID.

Until KYC verification is completed, withdrawal requests will be held pending. 6zzz reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point during the account lifecycle.

3.4 Underage Access

Any Account found to be registered by or operated by a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately. All bets placed will be voided, all winnings will be forfeited, and the deposited principal will be returned to the originating payment method after identity checks have been completed. 6zzz may report instances of suspected underage gambling to relevant authorities.

4 Account Registration and KYC

4.1 Registration Requirements

To open a 6zzz Account you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid mobile number, and email address. You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active 6zzz Account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 6zzz employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any bonuses or bonus-derived winnings forfeited.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6zzz login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. 6zzz strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for additional security. Any activity performed under your Account while logged in — whether authorised by you or not — will be treated as your responsibility.

4.4 Account Verification Timeline

Standard KYC verification of NID or passport submissions is completed within 2–4 hours during operational hours (09:00–23:00 BST). Complex cases or incomplete documentation submissions may take longer. 6zzz will notify you by email if additional information is required to complete verification.

4.5 Account Closure by User

You may request closure of your 6zzz Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Accounts closed by a User's own request may be subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before final closure is confirmed, during which the User may revoke the request.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Wallet. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 6zzz, however individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

5.3 Deposit Processing Times

bKash and Nagad deposits typically credit to your 6zzz Wallet within 30 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours depending on the sending institution. If a deposit does not appear in your Wallet within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5.4 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as your 6zzz Account;
• Any active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be met before Real Money Funds generated from those bonuses can be withdrawn;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500;
• 6zzz reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction.

5.5 Withdrawal Processing Times

5.6 Currency

All transactions on the 6zzz Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 6zzz does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the responsibility of the User and their payment provider.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

6zzz offers a range of promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is triggered. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in individual promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

6zzz employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, using bots or automated software to fulfil wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Users to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, 6zzz reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the Account.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Account automatically. Wagering requirements that are not fulfilled within the stated time limit will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

6.5 Promotions and Bangladesh Seasonal Events

6zzz periodically offers promotions aligned with Bangladesh sporting and cultural events including BPL season, T20 World Cup fixtures, IPL, Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Victory Day, and Independence Day. These promotions are subject to availability and may be offered to eligible Users based on account status and previous activity. Eligibility criteria are stated individually for each promotion.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the 6zzz sportsbook are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Cricket betting, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, is governed by 6zzz cricket betting rules. 7.3 Game Malfunctions

7.4 Maximum Win Limits

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6zzz Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose;
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your identity during KYC;

• Operating or accessing more than one Account;

9 Intellectual Property

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not permit Users to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 6zzz.

12 Responsible Gaming

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or matter arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 6zzz Platform.

In the event of a dispute between you and 6zzz arising from your use of the Platform, you should first contact the 6zzz support team at [email protected] with a clear description of the complaint. 6zzz will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team within 14 calendar days, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any other remedy.

The game server log maintained by 6zzz and its game provider partners constitutes the definitive record of all game outcomes, bet placements, and transaction histories. In the event of any discrepancy between the game server log and information displayed on a User's device, the server log shall prevail.
